Consultation Services
Thoughtful guidance,
strategy, problem-solving, and practical support
Feelosophy Bilingual Counseling Services offers professional consulting services for people seeking thoughtful, clear, and responsive guidance. Consulting services are designed to support clarity, decision-making, and foster growth through collaborative problem-solving and evidence-informed strategies. Consultation may be a good fit for individuals seeking guidance around decisions, roles, or complex situations rather than ongoing emotional support or therapy.
Important Notice: Consulting services are not therapy and do not constitute mental health treatment. No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services are provided through consulting engagements. All consulting services are offered under a separate agreement and are distinct from therapeutic services provided by Feelosophy Counseling Services, LLC. Consultation services are not intended for individuals experiencing acute mental health distress or crisis.
-
Consulting may include:
Individual consultation for people seeking guidance and support with decision making
Professional consultation for clinicians, educators, and service providers
Workflow support
Case consultation and reflective practice (non-clinical, non-treatment)
Problem-solving and psychoeducation
Guidance related to service delivery and a variety of issues
Support for organizations serving diverse, multilingual, or family-centered populations
Consulting services focus on external systems, professional roles, and organizational needs, rather than the treatment of mental health conditions. The consultant role is active and collaborative, offering structured feedback, strategic recommendations, and practical tools tailored to the goals of the individual or organization.
-
Consultation is a collaborative and thoughtful process focused on helping individuals gain clarity around decisions, roles, and situations they are navigating. Drawing from systems theory and organizational psychology, the work looks at how external factors—such as workplace dynamics, responsibilities, and expectations—shape experiences and choices. Consultation is practical and goal-oriented, offering guidance, perspective, and tools to support informed decision-making. While informed by clinical training, consultation is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis or mental health treatment, and instead focuses on understanding contexts, identifying options, and moving forward with intention.
-
Consultation may be a good fit for individuals seeking guidance around a specific decision, role, or situation rather than ongoing emotional support or therapy. People often choose consultation when they want perspective, structure, or practical guidance related to work, leadership, professional transitions, or navigating complex systems. It is especially helpful for those who prefer a focused, goal-oriented approach and are looking for support with clarity and next steps. Consultation is not intended to address mental health concerns or provide emotional treatment, but rather to support thoughtful decision-making and problem-solving. If you are unsure whether consultation or therapy is the right fit, this can be discussed during an initial conversation to help determine the most appropriate support.
-
Consultation services are offered on a self-pay basis and may be scheduled as individual sessions or as short-term packages, depending on your needs. Individual consultation sessions are available at a rate of $150 for a 60-minute session, with professional or clinician-focused consultation offered at $180 for 60 minutes. For those seeking more structured support, multi-session packages are also available and can be a helpful option when working through a specific decision or goal over time. Consultation is designed to be focused and time-limited, and pricing reflects the consultative, expert-guided nature of the service rather than ongoing therapeutic care.
Consultation package options:2-session package: $275
3-session package: $400
4-session package: $500
5-session package: $600
6-session package: $750
-
Consultation sessions are designed to be flexible and can be scheduled in intervals to best meet your needs. When purchasing a consultation session or package, the total time may be used in one full session or divided into shorter intervals, such as 30-minute sessions, depending on what is most convenient and supportive for your goals. This flexibility allows consultation to be used efficiently for focused questions, follow-up discussions, or ongoing decision-making support over time.
